Exchange Policy

Please ensure that your child tries on their clothing with tags on. Exchanges can only be made if items are in brand new condition and accompanied by a receipt.

Important Notes

• Orders will take up to 7 working days to complete.
• Payments must be confirmed before orders are released.
• Items ordered online will be sent home with your child unless otherwise specified.
